Week 3 Weigh-In : Weight Loss

Where I’m at (324 starting):

Weight: 320.4lbs. (1.6 pound week loss)

How it is going

Well, things have become hectic around here and I’ve lost the exercise priority. Meaning, I have exercised at all. To my surprise though, I have lost 1.6 pounds since last week. I will attribute that to my low sugar diet, which I have been very very good about.
